1, the phone connects with the 2.4G wifi network

2, set FAC to 10 or 32 in advanced setting

3, update the BEOK Home APP to the latest version

  • Set temp 20°C, not start heating until 18.5°C?

Into Advanced setting, adjust “DFI” to 0.5°C, then it will start heating when 19.5°C and stop at 20.5°C.

  • Programming not work? Always in Night Mode？

The 6 time period should be between 0:00 to 23:59 in chronological order. The last period you set should before 23:59.

  • Room Temp. Different?

In Advanced Settings, adjust “ADJ” to your actual room temperature.

  • “Err” display on the screen?

This thermostat for gas boiler is only with internal sensor.

so the SEN in advanced setting needs to be 00.
